For your comfort and serenity, like those of your entourage, we ask each of our tenants to comply with the recommendations and instructions of these internal regulations. We therefore invite you to read it below.


GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS



The purpose of these internal rules is to remind everyone of their rights and duties in order to organize life in the establishment in the interest of all.

Accommodation address: SEASIDE & SEACOVE VILLA - 4 housing estate Jalna - 97229 LES TROIS ILETS

Year Built: 2019

The SeaCove & SeaSide villas each have 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms with WC. They are each intended for a maximum number of occupants of 4 people.

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m.

At the start of the rental, the landlord gives the tenant the keys and instructions relating to the accommodation.

The tenant will give the lessor on his arrival in the accommodation, a check in the amount of € 1,200 as a security deposit intended to cover the damage and / or degradation of the accommodation and of the furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the Lessee. , as well as the loss of keys or objects.

The security deposit will be returned to the tenant within a maximum of 8 days after his departure, minus, where applicable, sums covering damage and / or degradation of the accommodation and of the furniture and objects furnishing the accommodation caused by the tenant, as well as loss of keys or objects.

Failure to comply with the tenant's obligations (mentioned below) may give rise to the immediate collection of the deposit.

Our service includes the supply of the following elements:

- A concierge service from 7 am to 9 pm on site: Every day, we are at your disposal and available to advise you. We live a few steps away. Do not hesitate to contact us !

- A welcome guide

- Bed linen and beds made on arrival

- Towels

- Beach towels

-Free wi-fi

-Water, electricity and air conditioning

-Toilet paper for the start of the stay

- Tablets for the dishwasher and the washing machine, dishwashing gel for the start of the stay

-Some Nespresso capsules to start the stay

-The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, blender, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, serving dishes, etc.)


OBLIGATIONS OF THE TENANT



- The tenant will peacefully use the rented accommodation and the furniture and equipment according to the destination given to them by the lease and will respond to any damage and loss that may occur during the term of the contract in the premises of which he has exclusive enjoyment. It cannot include people in addition to those provided for in the contract.

- The tenant agrees to respect the accommodation capacity of the accommodation (i.e. 4 people maximum). He cannot invite people without the written consent of the owner.

- He must avoid any noise likely to disturb neighbors, in particular those emitted by radio, television and swimming pool devices.

- The tenant must be discreet about the use of the swimming pool (no shouting, jumping, swimming too early or too late which could disturb the neighbors).

- Parties and evenings with music are strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in immediate expulsion. No reimbursement can be claimed by the tenant and the latter can not exercise any recourse against the lessor.

- Pets are not accepted.

- The villa is non-smoking, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation

- At the end of the rental, the accommodation must be returned in a good state of cleanliness: the bins emptied, the bed and toilet linen gathered at the foot of the beds, the dishes washed and stored in the cupboards, the dishwasher emptied (cf. procedure for returning the villa on the last page).

- If the accommodation is returned unusually dirty, the tenant agrees to take responsibility for the cleaning that the lessor will be forced to carry out.

- End-of-stay cleaning does not include cleaning of the barbecue. If the barbecue is not returned in the same state of cleanliness in which it was loaned to you, a cleaning fee of € 50 will be requested.

Failure to comply with one of the above obligations will result in a reduction in the security deposit, in proportion to the damage and / or immediate expulsion without possible reimbursement of the sums paid in the event of parties, parties, receptions with people not provided for in the contract.

The tenant will not be able to exercise any recourse against the lessor in the event of theft and depredations in the rented places.


RESTITUTION OF THE VILLA



We check the condition of the villa and the proper functioning of the devices:

If when the villa is returned, the return procedure has not been followed (see procedure below), an additional cleaning fee will be requested and costed according to the necessary number of cleaning to be provided.

If upon return of the villa, furniture or objects are missing, damaged or broken, the tenant will be liable for the amount of the intervention necessary for the repair or replacement of the objects or furniture. The deposit check will not be returned to the tenant until the tenant has paid it.

The deposit check may be cashed by the lessor if the lessee refuses to pay the amount necessary to replace the damaged, broken or missing item (s).

Procedure for returning the villa:

We thank you for respecting the following instructions in order to facilitate the inventory:

- Empty the trash

- Gather the bed linen at the foot of the beds,

- Collect bathroom and beach linen in the washrooms

- All the dishes must have been washed and stored in the cupboards, the dishwasher emptied
